When will I receive my order?

Because our products are "printed to order," there is a lead time before your order ships:

  • Standard Items: Orders are typically processed and printed within 10-15 business days. If there are any delays, you will be notified in advance. Please ensure your contact information on file is accurate.

  • Custom Commissions: Timeline varies based on complexity; we will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

[Order Tracking]

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Please double-check sizing and compatibility before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to message me-I'm happy to help! We encourage you to carefully review all product details to ensure the best fit for your needs, as we're unable to guarantee compatibility after purchase.

[Damaged Products]

3D prints can be delicate, so I take great care when handling and packaging every custom order. Once your package is with the carrier, shipping conditions are unfortunately outside of my control.

If your item arrives damaged due to a clear production issue, please reach out to us at support@jmi3dstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Photos of the damaged item and its packaging

We’ll work with you to find the best solution and make sure you’re fully satisfied with your experience.
